Fundelestia does not transfer your personal data to national or international third parties without your express consent, except in cases provided by Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, such as duly substantiated and motivated requests from competent authorities.
5. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise any of these rights, send your request to privacidad@fundelestia.com with the following information: • Full name and address or other means to communicate the response. • Documents proving your identity (copy of INE/IFE or passport). • Clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you wish to exercise any ARCO right. The response time is 20 business days from receipt of the complete request.
